What The Next Passport is

The Next Passport is a document organization tool that helps you track your citizenship-by-descent application. It generates personalized checklists based on the lineage information you provide and helps you track progress as you gather documents.

What it is not

The Next Passport is not a law firm, immigration service, or legal authority. The checklists and guidance provided are based on commonly understood requirements and may not cover every situation. We use language like "may qualify" and "likely eligible" because eligibility decisions are ultimately made by consulates and government agencies — not by us. Always verify requirements with your local consulate or a qualified immigration professional.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for individual use. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and building your lineage.

Payment and access

The eligibility wizard and lineage builder are free. Unlocking the full checklist, dashboard, and all features for an application costs $39 (one-time, per application). Payment is processed by Stripe. Once purchased, you have permanent access to that application. We may offer additional paid features or add-ons in the future — these will be clearly priced and optional, and will never affect features you've already purchased. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to submit false information or impersonate another person
• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security controls
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or its content

Your data

You own the data you enter into The Next Passport. We store it to provide the service and do not sell it to third parties. See our privacy policy for details on how we handle your data.

Limitation of liability

The Next Passport is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate checklist items, missed documents, or application outcomes. Your use of the generated checklists is at your own risk, and we strongly recommend verifying all requirements independently.

Service availability

We aim to keep The Next Passport available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data but are not responsible for data loss beyond our control.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@thenextpassport.com.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of The Next Passport after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
