Because The Next Passport generates a personalized checklist immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Your checklist, dashboard, and all features are available instantly after payment — there is no trial period or delayed delivery.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the product, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right. We want every user to have a working product — if something is broken on our end, we'll fix it or issue a refund.
